Left my appointment in tears
Telehealth
She is the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. I have multiple chronic health issues so I’m constantly going to the doctor. I’ve come across many bad doctors and she takes the cake. I’ve left many appointments in tears but her dismissive nature had me uncontrollably sobbing for an hour after. I had a script for myself about my symptoms and she kept cutting me off. Told me I was probably just overexerting myself or stressed when I’m in so much pain I can barely move sometimes. Then told me it wasn’t her job to figure out what was wrong, just to assure my PCP that my positive ANA was “insignificant.” I have no idea why she chose to be a doctor if she’s going to refuse to actually treat her patients. I didn’t even get to finish my script.

Charged for non-appointment
Telehealth
I was told by Dr. Lenore Buckley on the onset of the phone appointment that it would, in fact NOT be an appointment but for her to determine the timeframe for which I should be seen by one of the other physicians. She informed me that they have a very busy practice and appointments are based on the severity of condition. I was not given any medical treatment or advice and was charged a co-pay for this call along with my insurance company paying the remainder.

She treated my son for juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and is by far the best rheumatologist we have seen. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience, in my opinion poor MD - she never even examined me or asked me questions. My previous MD left Yale suddenly &I was put in with this new MD. She gave me no guidance, didn't answer my questions & cut the appt short. I have a rare deadly disease which is treated by MS & oncology infusion centers and the new MD told me Yale would not accept me into the MS clinic because I did not have MS. I called the clinic and they said they treat this type of disease. Don't recommend.
