Dr Tran took care of our son's tonsil surgery. Prior to scheduling the surgery, she patiently explained to us why the surgery was necessary, how they would perform it, and what to do before, day of and after the surgery. This eased our concerns and anxiety somewhat since our son is only a young preteen.

Super friendly, super down to earth and awesome! Listened to us as worried parents for our son who was having trouble breathing due to swollen tonsils and was able to schedule an appointment for surgery. Reviewed all procedures, and care instructions for before and after and reassured us with our toddler's first surgery.

Dr. Tran is my son's and now my ENT. She is very clear when she explains what she feels is going on with your situation. She doesn't choose to guess at symptoms, she orders test to make sure she has all pertinent information before assigning a diagnoses. She is personable and professional.
