Dr. Lena Johnson, MD

Dr. Johnson is a unique physician. I'm new to the area and had no idea where to establish health care. Fortunately, I stumbled across her through the Viera VA Outpatient Clinic. When I arrived for my appointment, she spent a full hour with me, listening to me, actively making suggestions, and sincerely trying to help. And she demonstrated great patience as we went down my laundry list of things I needed her to address. I am confident in her as a physician, but as a person, she excels! She had a great sense of humor, was kind, and continually offered me positive feedback. And whenever I need to message her, she responds quickly. Usually that same day, but for sure the next morning.

I was Dr Johnson’s Professor in medical school. I had occasion to seek her care . What a marvelous visit. My student has become a superb clinician. A thorough history and physical and an amazing diagnosis of an obscure endocrine problem . Her timely and accurate diagnosis was tremendously helpful.

She is one Arrogant, rude, and sarcastic physician who Lacks empathy and manners. Makes decisions regardless of patient’s concerns. Makes assumptions. Does not listen. Lena Johnson is abrupt, tactless, and unorganized. Very slow in responding to phone calls and emails. More than 30 days delayed responses. Extremely inept. Even her staff is lousy.
