Very satisfied
Dr. Carmen takes ample time to listen, ask and answer questions during consultations. I appreciate that she uses her computer to reference my health history and to look up information that helps her both understand and explain to me my symptoms. She makes appropriate referrals and answers messages quickly. She does have long wait times as a necessary result of her thoroughness.

This doctor is not professional and acts like she doesn't want to be there. She treats me like a child, asking the same questions repeatedly and scolding me when she doesn't approve of my anwers. I called once to ask for a new prescription and was told my request would be sent to the doctor. It took several calls and over a week to finally get my medication. I get the impression that no one there cares.

I have mixed feelings. She often seems distracted/rushed and has odd personal manner where she likes to scold her patients in an exagerated funny manner. I find it a bit annoying. She makes mistakes and is hard to reach with follow up questions. Getting an appointment is frequently difficult. She has referred me to good doctors and is diligent about ordering tests but only if she thinks they are needed. She has dismissed test results which were Important.

Dr.Carmen is my first choice in doctors. She makes me feel comfortable and optimistic in her office when often I am uneasy and nervous in the waiting room. She's a very thorough, friendly and approachable doctor. I would take my children to her whenever I become a father.
