Dr. Ragasa has a wonderful bedside manner and it was a joy to be her patient. It was really easy to get care and support considering the current challenges in the medical field.

1st ever visit to my primary Dr. was not a good experience. I was spoken to rudely by her and she tried to leave the room while I was telling her my needs. Then after I refused to take my A1C blood test and postpone it for 3months while I worked on diet and exercise... She ordered the test anyway. She also ignored the injury I requested treatment for and I had to seek help at the urgent care.

I am writing on behalf of someone I care about and the lack of care that they are receiving from Dr. Ragasa. I would like to make a formal complaint against Dr. Ragasa who is not providing inadequate and comprehensive care which is causing someone who has experienced significant distress to be running all over Los Angeles for health care services. Example: Dr. Ragasa sent the patient to an offsite location for a MRI. When the patient arrived, the offsite location says they do not provide MRIs
