When I am with Dr. Cantrell she approaches the time as if I am the only person in the world and that moment is the only moment in the world - no rush, no staring at watches, no question saved for another time. She's always fully present, both following up on previous medical issues/symptoms/concerns and helpful in addressing anything new. It's truly top patient care in every regard.

Dr. Cantrell and her staff are all amazing. She is one of the most compassionate doctors that I have ever seen. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions as well as my daughter's too.

UVA and Dr Cantrell exceeded my expectations by a long stretch. I have never been to a cleaner and more organized hospital with such caring and accommodating staff. I wish I could come here every time I got sick!!
