Unfortunate Unprofessional Environment
Sad to say that what other people in the previous ratings experience - I also have experienced it and it is so frustrating. I'm going to find another physician because it's not worth the hassle.

She puts profits over patient’s health. I should have known better than to see her, again. I was suffering from vomiting and diarrhea, and I needed to see a doctor. She said, I owe her a bill that was 2 years ago, and had to be paid, or I can’t see her. I could not afford it. I was with billing for 2 hours. I just left, and had the bill dealt with. This is the same woman who did gave me no referrals for a bone spur in my nose, and a brain tumor. I had to do my own research. I challenged her diagnosis, and I believe the bill was payback. She wants me to pay for her lifestyle, and offices. No, ma’am, you are a doctor. You are suppose to give me care, and do no harm. You have caused me great harm, and Overcharged my insurance.

The doctor is decent. Seen her for 2 years but, her office staff is the worst in my many years of dealing with office staff. I'm always nice. I'm not the difficult, unreasonable patient. I understanding that they deal with a ton of patients calling and asking for stuff constantly, but I've have had so many problems with mistakes with meds sent in, or not being sent, giving meds with drug interactions, wont do thyroid refills w/o visiting every 3 mos. Lack of communication between the Dr/PA and staff. Just bc you fill out the forms and tell the assistant doesn't mean that the msg will get to the Dr/PA. Making an appt and asking to see the dr herself but she's out that day or the office is closed. ALL THE TIME. The biggest issue is how extremely frustrating it is to reach them by phone. A ton of issues would be resolved if they just got rid of the terrible answering service system they use. Not a different answering service, just no answering service at all.

Horrible experience. Saw her once and was never able to get in touch with the office again to follow up. Called and called and got answering machine. Very unprofessional. Would not want to go back to her.

Dr. Chacko is an OK doctor over all but her policies and staff are lacking. They charged me $100 cash for a shot that was covered by my insurance. I tried for a week to contact Dr. Chacko's office for a refund but the answering service always picked up (even at several different times during their business hours). I finally went up to the office and sat there until finally, Dr. Chacko (through her office personnel) issued me a check for $100. She did not even want to discuss it. Very bad!!!
