Dr. Lee Whitesides, DMD

Dr. Whitesides himself was ok. Good guy. Did an extraction and even provided antibiotics a month later when I had an abscess arise in the same spot. He had a great technician, though her name escapes me at present. The other technician, a white male, who was working with me simply couldn't be bothered to acknowledge me. He came in at the end of the prelim workups and never even looked at me. Did not acknowledge my presence in the slightest. I was a bit concerned to the lack of follow up post tx. No calls made, no nothing not even after the abscess and subsequent tx, no follow up. Basically no interest was shown in the issue by the office manager, Becky. I cancelled the follow up i made and rescheduled with another dental practice. The difference was night and day in how clients are treated. Again, Dr. Whitesides was ok, but many of the staff need re-education on how to interact with clientele and the possibilities it can mean for recapture and repeat business. I'll not be return

As someone who has a high fear of doctors and needles, Dr Whitesides’ assistant Ekaterina (Kate) was awesome! She was very professional, empathetic and understanding with me and my anxiety which made all of the difference in my experience. I am so grateful to her. I highly recommend Dr Whitesides and his staff.

Dr. Whitesides and his team were totally professionals! Dr W removed an old, impacted wisdom tooth that could have been Problematic, but he made it look easy!
