The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Jacobs asked multiple questions prior to the exam and listened attentively to my responses. He made sure that I understand his questions and responses, along with seeing if I have any questions.

Excellent doctor! I knew Dr. Jacobs when he was with my previous ob-gyn group. I am so glad I made the change to his practice in Southport. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and really takes the time to get to know you. I had a problem for apx. 5 years that I could not fully resolve with my previous group. Dr. Jacobs helped me resolve it almost immediately. His partner in the practice, Dr. Marrone, along with their ultrasound technician and office staff are all warm and friendly-highly recommend!!!

Dr. Jacobs is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He was extremely professional while also being concerned about ny medical history and any concerns I had. I did not feel rushed. I do not like the yearly exams but he was gentle and I made it through. ?? His staff was also extremely pleasant and professional.
