Awful experience with even worse doctor.
Dismissed my daughters issues, ordered expensive tests and then never replied to phones calls and messages re: test results. Never would I recommend him to anyone. He shouldn’t even be a doctor.

Super knowledgeable and made us feel very empowere
Dr. Bass not only got us in earlier to see him but spent a lot of time with us walking through our daughter's GI issue. He was very informative, gave us great resources and also shared his own personal experience, which went a long way. We are super appreciative.

Great experience with Dr. Bass – Jun 17, 2023

Dr. Bass makes us feel like we are his only patient. He is great with both of my children who see him. He has a very mild-mannered calm approach with the little ones- and they respond very well to it. His nurse Brenda is also extremely nice and accommodating.

Awful. His office misdirected us to another building, then Dr. Bass refused to see us or talk to us because we were late. His nurse was patronizing and unhelpful. We asked if we could see Dr. Bass briefly for the remainder of our appointment window because we had an urgent medical question and he refused. He did not have another patient in his office and I guess he decided this was his "free" time. . . at the expense of our child's health.
