Great provider.
Dr. Humphrey and her staff were very kind. She listened to all of my concerns and made sure I understood what was going on and what steps need to be taken next. The wait time was a little long, which is typical for specialty clinics. Overall I had a great experience and Dr. Humphrey was a very knowledgeable Doc!

Horrible Staff!
Only gave 2 stars because of the horrible rude staff, Nada! My husband has been waiting 3 months for an appointment to remove a bump. Come to find out, she will only do his procedure 1 day out of the month during her lunch. She could have told us that MONTHS ago! That time is very inconvenient for my husbands job. Nada was unwilling to even give the doctor a message to call me. She said “I’ll see if she wants to call you.” When my grandpa and I both had a procedure with her it was same day and very convenient. Feels kind of like they are giving him the run around. Now I’m searching for another provider. Lea was very nice when seeing her but if this is the way she runs her office, I can see her always being behind!

After waiting 2 months for an appointment to put tubes in my son's ears, I find myself typing this review as I sit at said appointment. We were told a specific time to be here for the procedure, but have been here over five hours. No explanation, no apology- just the sound of chatter in the hallways and my son's stomach growling, as he was told to eat nothing after midnight last night.

Extremely caring and cheerful. She answered everything and if so personable. The office and staff are very nice. Almost no waiting. Highly recommend anyone needing allergy help to go and see Dr Humphrey and anyone needing an ENT. We've had our little one in to see her as well and Dr Humphrey is so good with kids. A+++++++
