Had Dr. Harms during my first pregnancy. It ended in a miscarriage and she failed to mention NUMEROUS things regarding a miscarriage a recovery. I actually had to call the labor and delivery ward of hospital looking for information because Dr. Harms left the country for over 3 months without warning and no one could answer my questions. I was left to google, looking for more information. When I call the office the receptionist were horrible and got annoyed by the fact that I had questions!

Was referred to this office by my primary care physician. After calling them for a week for information and getting nowhere, I was finally told by a staff member that I "no called/no showed" for an appointment that was made for me 2 years ago. This meant that I could not be seen by Dr. Harms per her policy. The problem is, NO ONE notified me that this appointment had ever been made. I wasted a week trying to sort things out with the office only to be penalized for a mistake I didn't make.

Dr. Harms is absolutely wonderful! She was my OBGYN throughout my pregnancy as well as the operating doctor for my c-section. She's very caring and thorough. She's very busy so there is usually a bit of a wait even if you've got an appointment, but it's so worth it! I wish I could have her as my OBGYN forever but I have moved, unfortunately :(

A few days before my daughter's 1st appt the office called me and told me they needed to move it. So we rescheduled for the following week and when we showed up for that appt we were told we missed our appt last week and the dr won't accept back new patients that no show. I said no, someone had called me to reschedule. She said there was no record of it. I said well maybe someone had forgotten to move it. Said they would give us another chance but I was made to feel so bad, no thanks.
