Very positive experience from start to finish. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything they were doing and always asked if I had any questions. The doctor was also very nice and explained everything to me. I was given detailed paperwork with pictures and the PA explained everything that went on during the procedure, the results and after care. I totally recommend Dr. Baez and this facility.

Dr Baez was very kind to me, listened to what I was telling him, and today's procedure went smoothly. I was able to discuss the next plan with him after the procedure. His office staff and RN were friendly, polite, and efficient. No complaints!!

Dr. Baez has a compassionate approach backed by experience and education. He recently joined Tucson Gastroenterolgy Institute. Being 72 years old, I have had my share of endoscopies and colonoscopies. This practice and their treatment facility is state of the art. Dr. Baez and his team were efficient, yet took time to explain all the steps of the procedure. Dr. Baez answered last minute questions with concern and assurance. After the procedure I was given a full report along with procedure images.

At my initial consultation Dr. Baez was cheerful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. For my subsequent procedure, the staff was well organized, friendly, reassuring, and informative. The doctor arrived right on time and reassured me about what I should expect. After recovery the doctor carefully went over my results with me and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Baez and the entire staff at Tucson Gastroenterology.

From the moment I arrived I dealt with seven medical personnel and each was friendly, comforting and skilled at what they did during my surgery . They were thorough and took time to explain what and why they did things especially in the surgical room. I believe it was the best surgical appointment I've ever had!

I needed a change in doctors due to a chronic issue. First visit, he asked questions about my history and listened to my responses. Was very knowledgeable about my issues as expected but also gave me some additional information about my condition not shared with me by other doctors. Colonoscopy went well. Entire staff is amazing and On Time with procedure. They answer their phone. Dr Baez is a genuinely nice person with a caring attitude. Convenient location. Highly recommend.
