Dr. Layla Wren, MD

Called after being assigned by my Insurance Company to this physician as she was taking new Patients, the person that answered the phone was so rude, I asked to speak to the manger she laughed and stated it won’t do you any good I’m the manager . I asked about why my Insurance had just assigned me and told me to call and make my appointment She said who’s your Insurance I said Humana she said Oh God Well we are not taking Patients so looks like you need to call them don’t it . If this is the concern they have or show , as a Retired Healthcare Professional I am expecting a lot of Pt Conditions and Lab Values and Vitals are also ignored and the Patients are at Risk The Physician is responsible for the actions and type of employee they have . Sounds like I’m lucky not to have my health put in Risk at this Facility

Dr. Wren is always helpful and listens to my needs as a patient. I feel comfortable each visit and feel I am getting the best care. Her staff is very friendly and professional as well. So glad she is my general doctor.

Dr. Wren is always friendly and listens to what I say. She goes quickly to the heart of my problem. She is knowledgeable and professional.

Very informative visit

Dr Wren and her staff give the best care and time to me. She listens to me about what is going on with me to give me the best treatment. She has even called me in the evening and on weekends with test results. When I think about a doctor back in the day that made house calls I think of her and her staff. They are like family. As long as she is in practice she will be my family doctor.

Covers all health problems I've had to make sure no new problems have begun, discusses care plans we talked about before. All staff are efficient and courteous. Clean, uncluttered environment. Easy to get an appointment.

Dr. Wren and her staff are wonderful! She is very accessible and most importantly when you are there for a visit she listens and asks questions. You never feel like she is trying to get on to the next patient. She is extremely smart, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Wren has been our family doctor pretty much since she started practicing. We are thankful that she is our family doctor.

Absolutely love her and her staff. Dr Wren has been our doctor since we moved here. She takes the time to listen to you and how you feel before she makes her diagnosis. I have always hated going to the doctor but now I feel like I'm going to visit friends.

Wonderful experience every time. Dr. Wren is compassionate and never rushes us out the door. Her staff is great too. We had a uper quick and easy COVID tests for 3 of my family members this year.

I’m so thankful for Dr Wren and her staff. She has been my mother’s primary physician since she was diagnosed with lung and brain cancer. Dr Wren has been very accessible to answer any questions that we have had at any point throughout her treatment. Her entire staff has been so friendly and willing to take extra time to make sure we understand referrals and medications as Mom continues to fight. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have her with us thru this time

Dr Wren is the best family doctor I have ever had! She is and has always been very caring and concerned. She listens and spends as much time as it takes to find out what is wrong. Always has a smile and treats you like she really cares (and she does care). Her staff is also wonderful! I just can’t say enough about Dr. Wren and her Staff.., Professional, personable, caring, and get to the root of the problem. You just can’t find a better family doctor!

No other words than absolutely horrible. Last summer/fall, she dismissed and failed to properly work up my mother’s anemia and chest pain; this past year, she subsequently passed away from mesothelioma. She was also extremely rude (i.e. due to a miscommunication in scheduling, told my mother “You’ve a few minutes, tell me what’s wrong with you quickly”). As a medical professional myself, I advise you to please seek care elsewhere. If it were up to me, this woman would lose her medical license.

This doctor has no patient relation skills. She is rude and beratates the staff of the clinic. She let's her personal problems interfere with her ethical treatment of patients.
