Dr. Friedman has been my family's doctor for over 20 years. He has been there during stressful times and given sound medical advice about my health. He takes the stress out of the appointments by connecting with you by simple conversation or by joking with you. I love his style and way of communicating. He'll tell a good joke also. His nursing staff has seen my children grow up to be men and always ask about them when I come into the office. They are genuinely good people and the care is great!

The office staff is incredibly rude. They are unprofessional and slam the window on you. They agree to things over the phone such as coming in for records at a certain time and then don't have them ready when you show up. I love Dr. Friedman, the NP and the the nurses and have been going to him for years but the front desk office staff makes me want to stop going here and find a new doctor.

Office staff and nurses are rude, unprofessional, and condescending. It was very hard to get a referral to the eye doctor. They don't call to remind you of appointments and tell you it's your job to remember. They apparently don't take responsibility for keeping up with medical and shot records if it's over 3 or 4 yrs. I've seen dead roaches in the waiting area. They make their frustrations about other patients audible for others to hear. The wait time for just a shot was 30mins.

Dr. Friedman is by far the best doctor I have ever seen.I chose Dr. Friedman initially because I had an HMO plan that he accepted and because his office was close to my work. When my company switched to a PPO plan, I stayed with him because I just love his demeanor.I have seen him for a few different health issues I've had (at least one of which was difficult and embarrassing to talk about) and he has an outstanding way to keep you calm and talk you through everything positively.Highly Recommend.

Very friendly office and staff. For an annual, be prepared to get an appointment a few days out, but I have always been seen the same day when I have been sick.
