Dr. Lawrence Santora, MD

Dr. Santora is very knowledgeable about the heart. He did a stress test on me which confirmed what my previous cardiologist at UCI said about my condition. He informs you well about your respective heart condition and a regimen to follow. Recently, Dr. Santora performed my very first coronary angiogram at Providence St. Joseph Hospital in Orange. He and the nursing staff over there made me feel very comfortable despite my emotionally tense state. His office in Orange is very busy so it is hard to schedule.

Saw Dr. Santora twice; trusted what he had to say; however, my scheduled appointments were cancelled twice and I was not offered a reschedule date. I called to try to reschedule due to persistent irregular heartbeats, left a message and my call has not been returned. At this time, I only have Medicare. I asked the receptionist if this was the problem, but was transferred to a voice mailbox; still no reply. Hoped for perhaps a referral to a doctor who might takes Medicare patients.
