My initial visit lead to me immediately changing doctors. My new doctor addressed my concerns with more time and consideration, which put my mind at ease. Additionally, the previous doctor was unprofessional regarding my request for a return-to-work letter, as they never followed up to confirm. My new PCM had to take over this task. Communication is important in professionalism, and caregiving with patients.
