Personable and Knowledgeable
Dr. Mann is personable and takes his time with his patients. He's very knowledgeable and will communicate at a high level of detail if you are receptive. I'm 70 years old and he is probably the best GP I have ever had.

5-star doctor. 1-star staff
Dr. Mann is an excellent doctor; however, his office staff leaves a lot to be desired. They tried to drum up unnecessary business that cost me $$$. They cited "rules" from Obamacare that did not apply to my prescription and expected me to make extra, unnecessary and costly visits to continue my prescription. They denied the "wellness visit" that is a part of Obamacare--they told me they didn't have a "procedure number" for it and I'd have to take an out-of-pocket checkup. In general, I found them to be less than friendly in person. When I didn't schedule anything for about 3 years, they dropped me from their rolls. I called to make an appointment in January and they told me I was considered a "new patient" and couldn't be seen "until the fall." 5 stars for Dr. Mann. 1 star for his staff.

He listens and spends time with patients. He is not the usual Dr. who spends most of the visit on the computer. Primary care Dr.s these day are get the patient out as quick as possible to meet quotas dictated by health care systems. I never felt this way with Dr. Mann.

Dr.Mann was my family doctor when he was practicing in Bennettsville . My family had so much respect for this man and the knowledge he had. He's a very educated man and one who cares for his patients. He personally pushed me in a wheel chair over to the hospital when I complained about chest pain. My husband and I was hurt by his leaving. I had to talk my husband into changing doctors . He wanted to drive to the beach to see the wonderful Dr.Mann.

I love Dr. Mann because he listens, he really listens. He’s patient and he takes his time with you. He talks with you not at you and doesn’t talk Dow. He explains everything clearly and knows what he is talking about. He is caring and compassionate and I want to give him a hug every time I see him.
