Caution
Dr. Lefkoff did a face and neck lift and admitted to burning my neck with the cauterizer, which left a 3 inch scar. Each time I went in to speak to him about the scar forming, his assistant Mona was very, very rude to me and I realized she is a horrible person who tries to 'protect' the doctor.

Great Doc
I've been a patient of Dr. Lefkoff for nearly 20 yrs. Dr. L, Mona, and the entire staff are super considerate, courteous, and kind. If you like dealing with the current horrendous healthcare system, you won't like Dr. Lefkoff. A staff member answers the phone when you call. I've never waited longer than a few minutes to see the Doc. He always has the time to discuss any issues I've had. Even if I haven't had an appointment for a year, Dr. L and Mona remember me and make me feel like I'm not just a patient. I hope Dr. Lefkoff doesn't retire. It'll be impossible to replace the all-around great care he and his staff provide.

I would not recommend Lefkoff. An area of 5” x7” on my neck did not reattach and resulted in necrotic tissues that required 3 months of specialty wound care after my neck lift by Lefkoff. I have permanent scarring, loss of mobility, dead nerves, uneven chin line, ripples in cheeks.

I had a lower face lift for approx. 9 months ago and I cannot give Dr Lefkoff a higher recommendation. He is very sensible, warm, has good judgement and is an outstanding surgeon! Very pleased with my experience and the result!
