Both Dr Kirk and Gina are wonderful healthcare providers for both my husband and I. They are compassionate and caring. Also, Kimberly (Nurse) is incredible to work with regarding prescriptions, referrals, test results and returning calls.

I always receive excellent care! Very kind, never rushes, listens to my concerns and provides answers!

Started seeing Dr. Kirk since he started at that practice he is a very good doctor I recommend anyone seeing him. he can also talk about movies and video games with younger people which I enjoy. In my opinion he is a very good doctor and I highly recommend anyone seeing him

I worked in a small office before and Some of these reviews are coming from a point of not understanding what it’s like to run a office with a small staff and hundreds of patients. The Rx line is only meant to leave your Rx, they’re not obligated to call you back. Call your pharmacy first then handle it accordingly from there. The amount of people that have issues and want to be referred is insane. So times get rough when it’s one person trying to take care of, on average 80 patients, some having multiple referrals. Phones can get overwhelming when people are CONSTANTLY calling and making it hard to get anything else done. A 2 hour lunch is needed so they can actually get things done. Complain all you want bc you want, you can’t be nasty to people trying to help and expect great service. I think they’re a great office. Helps to take time to understand how a office of that volume runs. Also, it helps to be kind and patient. Thank you dr. Kirk and staff for everything!

Called this office last week to make an appointment. Told them I had a medicare advantage plan and did they take the one I had. The receptionist said yes, they do. I tried to make an appointment but was told that the office manager would have to ok it first and she would call me right back. Its been three days now and there has been NO call back. How totally unprofessional! I will never call this office again.

Doctor Kirk, his nurse and most of his staff are the best. If he could find someone to do their job when calling in patient's prescription and referrals? He would have a great team! The one who does the prescriptions and referrals now? Don't know how she gets to Dr. Kirk's office without a guide dog? The patients after a week of not getting their meds or referrals called in. That this person doesn't know how to use a phone book?Patients has to give her phone and fax numbers for her to do her jo

As of 2016 Doctor Kirk and Gina's treatment of patients has gone downhill. They will not see you or write prescriptions for anything beyond pneumonia or a uti. I have severe panic attacks, and night seizures. No treatment was offered and have been waiting on a referral for months. I was told to just go to the ER as they couldn't do anything. Also when I broke my leg and did go to the ER, I was told to follow up with my doctor for treatmen-Dr. Kirk = no treatment and still no referral.

One of the best dr. I've had. The people in the office are top notch.
