Fabulous Doctor
Dr Kacmar is an excellent physician. He has always taken time to help all of the members of my family - especially when we have an emergency. His work with sick patience during COVID was amazing. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Kacmar Genuinely Cares About His Patients
I have been with Dr. Kacmar for about two years now and he is the only physician I trust. Dr. Kacmar is amazing & extremely professional and takes the time to listen to all your health care needs. His staff is wonderful and I love the great service & expertise he and his office provide. If you’re looking for a new primary care physician I recommend him 100%.

Rude office staff for sure. My family is leaving!
Doctor is great. Staff is Horrible. Staff is rude and combative, unpleasant, condescending, lack customer service abilities and treat people poorly. It is a shame because the doctor is a good listener.

I was dismissed as a patient today after several years of being patients of Dr Kacmar because I disagreed with the receptionist who told me I needed to pay them an out of pocket. I disagreed because I knew I had met my out of pocket. The girl got ride with me and I told her I refused to be talked to like that. I called my insurance to verify I was correct and I was. When I called back to let them know I was on hold 10 mins then told I am being dismissed as a patient for being combative. I asked to speak to the office manager Shannon and was told she was busy and the message was coming from her. How unprofessional! Watch this places billing closely because they will charge you money that you don’t even need to pay. Good riddance. What a shame because the doctor is great he just has a staff that lacks knowledge and professionalism.

Got Carried away with more than 4.5 stars. Reality is completely different. Most inefficient , rude bunch of staffs. Wait time is always over 45 mins. Hang up calls without listening, put on hold/over voice mail forever without listening , extremely rude. We’ve been to so many doctors , never faced anything like this before, in my pregnancy they are giving me such stress/trauma , me & my husband both are patients of dr. Kacmar. My husband injured is right knee, went to a specialist, who asked for previous X-ray reports to be transferred from kacmar’s office to the new doctor. Did all the paperworks needed for report transfer, after so many requests & followup calls kacmar’s staff didn’t send them . I’m sure they did it purposely. Very revengeful. What could be worse than that. When we called the office for assistance they hung up several times refused to help as we changed our pcp from kacmar to a new dr.

I had a “follow up” appointment with Dr Kacmar after an emergency room visit. I had no problems that I was aware of and figured this would be a quick in and out. Instead, Dr. Kacmar said that I did not look “right” to him and instructing me to immediately go to an imaging center where it was determined that my legs and lungs were filled with blood clots, one in particular usually fatal. I had no idea. Dr Kacmar got the report, diverted me to the hospital, and was instrumental in managing my care and in saving my life. Top Doctor. Top Care.

Appointment time was 5:30PM, was not seen until 6:45PM, and this is just for a unnecessary follow up. Went for my annual checkup, got a call needs to be seen by the doc, just because they can charge me 30$ and to our insurance. Even I told the doctor about my symptoms, nothing was done to further diagnosed the issue, called them back about the same symptom the next day, they want me to come again and pay another 30$ and charge the insurance again. They just want money, don't care for patients.

Dr. Kacmar and his colleagues are wonderful people. They take the time to listen to you and take care of the patient. He does not treat you like another number or if he is rushing to the next patient. Dr. Kacmar is a informative doctor and explains medical terminology in a simple context, so I could understand. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Kakmar is a great person and good doctor. He's staff is very low grade. Office does not get cleaned or sanitized well. Evertytime I visit there is wait 2 hours. Also they do not post signs or provide masks to people with infections. I went in for a knee check up and ended up with pneumonia from a lady hacking her lungs and guts out in the lobby for 45 minutes as I waited. Then I waited another hour in the room before the doctor visit. Terrible staff, good doctor. Never going back.

Scheduled an appointment for sick visit /tests When walked in door girl at desk was playing on her phone didn't acknowledge me! Then put her finger up (like hold on) when I approached front desk. After that she proceeded to say I need to sign a paper saying I will pay for every visit going foward in full until deductible is met. Their new policy! I didn't sign it. So they can pocket $ and stil Bill insurance. Then I was told by nurse they are allowed to address 1 issue per visit 15 per patient!
