A doctor whose results last a long time Eight years ago to this month my wife suffered a grand mal seizure, that was nine times the maximum safe length. That had been preceded by 50 years of having one grand mal seizure per year. In addition, the grand mal seizure eight years ago resulted in an acetabulum fracture splitting her pelvis into two pieces, crushing her hip socket and driving her thigh bone 2 inches into her abdomen. Then Dr. Lawrence Hirsch replaced her previous neurologist and over two weeks provided her with a new drug regimen. That was eight years ago, and she has not had any type of seizure over those eight years. Frank J Penna

I really enjoyed having Dr. Hirsch as my doctor. He listened to my concerns, took the time to address them, and never made me feel like he was rushing through the appointment. It was always easy to schedule appointments, the staff are friendly, and the waiting rooms were clean and comfortable. There were days when they were running very late, as in over 1 hour, but they were always apologetic about it and it only happened twice in 2 years of appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Hirsch.
