Great gastro guy!
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Fiedler for many years and have the highest respect and confidence in his expertise and professionalism. He has a very busy practice but his staff does a excellent job of managing appointments and the examination process the day of our appointments

Dr. Fiedler leaves much to be desired in a physician. He can be very argumentative with a patient, appears indifferent with what is said to him. My experience with him was very unsatisfactory and would not ever go back to his office.

my wife had a call with them (considered a visit with full charge), minimal attention to the case, very hard to reach for follow up, they specified specific time for follow up and not available, .... directed to Quest for a test which doesn't perform that type of tests upon visit there..and hard to get in contact with them to get test scheduled or get info....minimal help, (just charge you for visit,... which is to basically get a blood test, which they cant even properly schedule or recommended appropriate provider for certain related test)

My experience with Dr Fiedler was excellent however the group that he is now associated with is impossible to deal with. It is my hope that Dr Fiedler will see this and respond. 6 years ago I had C Diff and was I’ll for several months. He cured me. In the meantime my GP had me see another Dr in the group for routine colonoscopies. I now have a recurrence of the C Diff along with another bacteria, Yersinia. I called to make an appoint ment with Dr Fiedler and was told that I couldn’t as I was a patient of the other dr. I explained the situation, was told they would try to get permission from the other dr and get back to me. No one did. I called again and got a response 2 days later that I switched drs too often and that now neither would see me. This is outrageous!

To my understanding all physicians must take an oath called the "Hippocratic Oath." The oath states, "With regard to healing the sick, I will devise and order for them the best diet, according to my judgment and means; and I will take care that they suffer no hurt or damage." In the last 18 months I have suffered greatly with a potentially fatal infectious disease. For me this disease is chronic and progressive. In the last 18 months I have seen over 30 physicians and been hospitalized 6 times. I had to quit my job and drop out of nursing school. Also, I had to make the hardest decision of my life when I was given the ultimatum to do what I had to do or die. I thought to myself this was it, this was the end. At this point I was done, I had already lost the battle and just wanted to give up. Each day I felt like it was my last, I was laying in the hospital bed for the sixth time, a twenty one year old who's lost her life to contracting an infectious disease. I let my faith go. Then one

I'd leave a minus star if possible. Stay away. Didn't listen or answer questions. Told me I had IBS, to take an expensive pro-biotic and "learn to live with it". 2 years of pain, missed work and no social life until I had to get a new internist. He thought that was unacceptable and ran some tests that were not previously done. Correct diagnosis and treatment. Fine now after 2 years wasted years!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Fiedler...compassionate, warm, supportive, extremely knowledgeable and very skilled. I’ve had a number of “issues” with my health and he is on top of it all. I’m not sure what others are saying negatively but this is one doctor who has my TOTAL confidence!

I have suffered multiple recurrences of C. Diff infections for 3 years. I have lost count of hospitalizations, failed treatments, pain, isolation, etc. Dr. Fiedler recommended a Fecal Microbiota Transplant, which I received on Friday. On Saturday I felt completely recovered. I don’t recognize my body. ALL symptoms are gone. I have only a small amount of fatigue as I begin to build strength back. On Friday, I couldn’t take two steps, Saturday I walked 2 miles. Miracle!

Dr. Fiedler is very knowledgeable and has a lot of expertise in an area that many GI Doctors do not know much about (c diff). I found Dr. Fiedler's name from a Foundation's website so was very pleased to find his staff and him to be very conscientious about my medical problem. One of the best attributes was the ability to get a message returned which I found to be amazing with his office.

For God's sake, stay away from this office! The staff is horrible!! If you are truly not well, you will be sorry you ever went there. They are rude and uncaring, and they lie. The office manager should be fired, she has absolutely no training or understanding of customer care. This office could care less about their patients, they only care about money.

Most gut issues are not easy to manage these days. Some gastros attempt to make light of life altering gastro issues, others discredit the patient or disregard them- and some try to help. My diagnosed gut issue are unique to treat. They robs days, weeks and months from my life.. I need options. A Dr willing to step outside their knowledge box and TRY to help. Not a script for probiotics, not to be made to feel as there's no hope. There is hope and there are options. Just not offered by Fiedler

I called to make a appointment and Sharon got me in to see Dr. Fiedler right away for the problem I was having! She is the office manager there . She was so nice and kind to me on the phone she even emailed me my paperwork for my appointment so I could fill it all out and just bring it in for my visit which cut down on my time waiting . I was seen on time that day . She even called me with my results and asked how I was feeling . This is the kind of office you should come to! Thank you Sharon!
