Dr Eilender began my appointment with no eye contact. When I talked about a concerning symptom he literally shrugged his shoulders with no explanation or additional probing. There are many aspects to this symptom and how it presents yet he was uninterested. I found I had to push the issue and question his shrug of the shoulders to get even a small amount of information from him as to what he thinks could be the cause. I don't appreciate doctors who are quick to prescribe a bunch of tests your way without taking the time for more probing, understanding and explanation.

I have and would definitely recommend Dr. Eilender
Dr. Elinender has always made me feel comfortable. He tries to find a solution to my permanent problem. I have recommended a family member to Dr. Eilender, he would be satisfied if he goes. I'm never in the office all day. I'm usually in and out in an hour.

Please read if you are considering this office !
If I could give zero stars I would. Maggie (front desk) and Julie (office manager) are very sweet, but the woman in medical records is beyond rude and disrespectful. I called today to follow up to ensure that records were sent to another doctor’s office, and the woman in medical records said “did you call the other doctor’s office to see if they received them?” And I said “no not yet, I wanted to follow up with this office first.” She cut me off mid sentence and said “well maybe you should have done that.” …. As a family we were given a sad diagnosis for a close loved one. It is uncharted territory for us on how to navigate through this process. I don’t believe it is too much to ask a doctor’s office to be helpful and pleasant. Dr. Eilender is a great doctor, but as a family we realize that the office staff is always the middle man in getting info to the doctor, and on multiple occasions the woman in medical records has been so unpleasant

I love Dr. Eilender. I’ve been seeing him for migraines for years. He’s patient and knowledgeable. He’s not arrogant like a lot of doctors. I’ve always felt comfortable with him.

I have been seeing Dr Eilender for my MS for over 10 years. After going through many neurologists I finally found the right fit for me. I feel he listens, he offers for me to try new things but understands when they fail. With this disease there is no one correct treatment for any one individual. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait due to the complications of the patients, but if you bring a book or something to do, time will pass quick enough.
