Dr. Lawrence Dolkart, MD

Very knowledgeable about his expertise and practices. He is very passionate, caring, n professional. He goes beneath and beyond to make sure each individual has a safe delivery. He is always willing to answer questions n concerns after hours. He works well with other healthcare professionals. He is the best n I am grateful to be placed under his care for my very high risk twin pregnancy.

Dr. Dolkart made my partner and I feel like he truly listened and cared what we had to say. As well as, he thoroughly explained why I likely had previous preterm labors. Also, a plan for this pregnancy that makes us feel reassured and cared for. He went into detail showing us and checking everything on the NT scan as well as the student who was with him. I felt like he truly loves his profession and is well educated and has a kind bedside manner while still having a sense of humor. I look forward to future appts and checking in on little one. Thank you so much!

Very knowledgeable and is straight to the point. He reassured me and explained everything along with the risks. Very good Dr, highly recommend.

Dr. Dolkart was phenomenal! I had a high-risk pregnancy (twins that shared the same placenta) and he put everything at ease for me. He does not have the best bedside manners however, he has great sarcasm if you initiate it. He knows his stuff and is very thorough with everything. I trusted him with every step of my pregnancy. I could not recommend him enough!

Seen him 2015. He does not have good bedside manners. Was picking on my swollen legs and feet. Was told my daughter has fluid in brain. He did not prepared me for our daughters birth enough. She should of been born in Rochester NY because they shipped her there without me!

I was referred to Dr. Dolkart by my midwife for questions concerning Gestational Diabetes. When asking him about risks of various medications, he literally laughed at me asking whether it is safer to take insulin since the other medicines cross the placenta saying "yeah, glucose crosses the placenta, too!" He billed $3,390 for the visit (he added tests that weren't requested by my midwife). I found him condescending, and quickly realized he wasn't interested in taking time to answer my questions

Dr. Dolkart has been fabulous. He is definitely not a Dr for every one, as he can be very blunt. But he is very thorough and answers every question I have. He also takes patient needs and limitations into consideration.

I would NEVER recomend this DR to anyone-I don't know where to start or even end!

I was very anxious at first when I had to go to him for a high risk pregnancy. I hated how he would jokingly repeat ignorant things like we don't want another 10lb baby at every appointment but I got over it after a while. He was very very strict with things but I know it was all to keep myself and my baby as healthy as possible and I surely appreciated everything he did!!! I would go back in a heartbeat!! Only REAL high risk dr in our area!!
