She’s condescending and doesn’t back down as I am trying to explain where I am at with my diabetes. I understand she’s the doctor but bedside manners are very important.

She is an awesome doctor!
She takes time to listen to me and explain things. She is very considerate of my emotions about being involved in my own care. She never makes me feel ignorant. She also helped me to find the correct medicines to control my AC1. More than any other doctor has done. She is very gentle and has a great bedside manner. Gentle during my thyroid biopsy.

Very rude. Implied she rather I see my previous endo. and made me feel as though she didn’t want to treat me. I only saw her bc she was recommended by my gastroenterologist. Towards end of appt. she just got up and left. Didn’t say a word to me. I was confused and didn’t know if the appt had ended. Would never recommend her.

She didn’t listen to my concerns with my illness. She basically just did a lot of talking and no listening.She had a attitude and when she was done talking she asked me was that it. I was confused like what is wrong with her.I felt rushed after she was done talking. Waste of a visit and long drive with no solution to my illness.

Dr, Lavanya made me wait for 1 hour, and no one came to let me know that the wait was gonna be this long. After she walked in instead of asking me why am I here, she started asking where am I from. What?!!!! Are u serious? If I would want to talk about the place I'm from I would definitely go somewhere else. After all she didn't even check me or anything. She sent me to the laboratory, and it's been over 1 month, I've never been followed up yet!!! Don't go to her, she knows nothing.

Very unsatisfied and she did not make me feel comfortable at all. She was not very thorough with explaining anything and she seemed confused as to why I came in to her clinic. I definitely would not go back there or refer anyone to her.
