Poor patient care
I had been seeing Dr. Nair for some years and was finally sent for breathing testing and a bronchosopy. The tech who did the breathing test in his ed office was terrible. She used foul language and wasn't professional at all. It was very upsetting. His nurses, Ellyn and Ashley were on top of the results of any testing I ever had and gave the results to Dr. Nair, who promptly lost them. After Ashleyand Ellyn left, the office fell apart. I had no follow up calls anymore and unfortunately needed cancer treatment which was delayed due to the office staff and Dr. Nair not following up in a timely fashion. Thank goodness I got into effective treatment and did well. There's something to be said for good nursing care and after those nurses left the office felt toxic. Terrible.

I find Dr. Nair not only a good doctor in his specialty of pulmonary medicine, but also a very compassionate person who takes his time to listen to his patients. Even though I could find a doctor closer to my home, I would not change doctors.
