Turbinate Procedure
Dr Cramer was accurate with his recommendations for the issues that I was having. My sinus issues is 95% better and now we working on my allergies and hopefully with the subliminal treatment within a year that will be reduced.

Highly Recommend
The entire staff is courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Cramer was concerned that my blood pressure was too high to perform a minor procedure. He didn't want my high blood pressure to cause me any further discomfort during or after the procedure. He even had me wait a while in the office, but it still didn't come down enough. I'm thankful he was very concerned about my welfare and waiting until my cluster headaches are cleared. He was very patient with me about rescheduling. I felt bad about wasting his time. He did not feel that way at all.

So very helpful and caring!
I visited Dr. Cramer for the first time, and was so impressed with how he quickly offered suggestions to help alleviate my symptoms. He asked detailed questions. He then changed my nasal sprays to one that he believed would work better. He immediately sent me for an X-ray and an appointment with the pulmonologist. I appreciate his demeanor and he made me feel as though, together, we would get to bottom of my chronic cough issue. His staff was very helpful and accommodating! This was indeed a great visit!

Not helpful and not kind
I went to see Dr. Kramer for a post check visit and he was extremely cold and dismissive. He spent all of 10 minutes with me to tell me there was nothing he could do for me after running almost an hour late. He never offered to run any further testing despite my medical history. He never apologized for being late and nor offered any sense of empathy for what I had been going through. He made it very clear he could care less I existed. I will not be going back to this practice.

Not impressed
Getting an appointment was easy; no wait in office. But the doctor did not really listen to me and wrote “sore throat” on my Ct prescription. No—I came in with bad pain from what I am afraid could be a neck tumor. Dr stuck a scope up my nose, which was terribly painful and unnecessary. He didn’t even examine my neck. I’m still waiting for the office to call me with an authorization vide for CT, probably because Dr did not note the need for timely care.

Easy to schedule and convenient. Professional and courteous staff. Dr. Cramer was patient and listened to history and complaint. Explained problem and what plan was. Fo;;ow up was [prompt and I was fortunate that problem was healed.

No way posible!!!!!!
Was the most unprofessional Dr I ever saw,I had dizzy spells and double vision. Was supposed to be fallow up apt for hospital visit in ER . Sat sideways at his desk said not your ears and I told him that my ears hurt!!! He said your ears can hurt just like any part of you !!! He never looked in my ears, I left and a couple weeks later my right ear had needed inside!!!!! PU DON'T GO THERE

Dr. Cramer saw me in an urgent emergent situation and handled my issue with care. He never made me feel rushed. He discussed options and helped me make the right decision. I ended up needing a procedure and that was seamless

Although very knowledgeable and technically competent with many years of experience, it’s clear following my first visit with Dr. Cramer that his personal engagement and interaction with patients is an area of major concern. Sadly, it was a combination of his very short, abrupt, curt, and somewhat aggressive behavior during his responses to my questions and answers that I provided during my recent visit to the ENT & Allergy Specialists office located in Pottstown, PA

Unprofessional
Most unprofessional experiences even when compared to bad experiences with ENT drs. If you are a minority good luck testing his patience with translating what you came in for. He was impatient and seemed bothered by the fact that I had a family member there to translate my symptoms. He didnt even check my ears.. and went down a checklist to determine what to do next. Imagine going to a ear doctor and the ear doc doesnt even look inside your ears. Will not be returning and you're welcome for saving money on your end because using a translator at a hospital cost more money for the hospital.

They fit me in at the last minute and the whole time I described what had been going on, and the bad luck I’d had with doctors., Dr. Cramer remained super calm and reassured me that those previous Drs. should have helped more. At the very least they should have given me proper medicine and steroids, etc. He supported me, listened to me (have I mentioned how important the listening part is?) and he treated me with such compassion and understanding that even my husband was blown away. Yes, I had my husband there for moral support since the last few doctors had treated me with little to no respect for the pain that I was in. Now, I may not be a complete convert for reviews, but this one certainly had to be shared. I would and will recommend Dr. Cramer and his crew at ENT and Allergy Specialists (Bryn Mawr Location!) to anyone looking for a Dr. they can put their trust in.
