This is the practice I was hoping to find.
My several visits with Dr Washatka have all been very positive. I've found the front and back office staff to be courteous, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a proactive medical practice.

First visit, time will tell........
No problem with Dr. Washatka, as with many offices, it's with staff, the Medical Assistant (MA). This was my first appointment. I summarized my issues in writing on their portal to make it more efficient and for the sake of time. The MA informed me from the start that we had only 30 minutes for my introductory appointment. I feel that she resented me using their portal to detail my issues. Isn't that the luxury of portals?While discussing my issues with Dr. Washatka, during my '30 minutes', the MA knocked on the door several times for a variety of reasons & disrupted my appointment. I feel this was intentional......The lack of professionalism was glaringly obvious. My hope is that this will be read by the office & individuals to receive the kind of care & attention that's deserved.I noticed on the notes from my visit it was stated that it was 'greater than 42 minutes', I question that, more than likely written by the MA.
