I love all of the doctors, nurses, and office staff! You are all so sweet and you care and listen to what I have to say. I have never had a dr or office make me feel so heard and offer any and all treatments all you have to do is ask and they will make it happen! Thanks everyone for all you do and I have referred family and friends as well! Keep up the good work!!!!

A Very Good Doctor
Dr. Thoma never rushes me through a visit and she listens to me. I am very comfortable telling her what's going on and she really tries to find a good solution. Scheduling with her can be hard but if you can wait to see her it is worth it. I just really like her as my doctor.

If I could rate Lauren a 0 I most definitely would she billed me 2x for 2 office visits for 1 office visit, and you got it so insurance paid first claim resulting in me paying the other just because she refilled my asthma medication. I will never recommend her or summit medical group to anyone. They’re terrible!

I don't know if I am reviewing the correct Dr. Lauren Thoma, but if this is the physician who now works at Summit Medical Group, then I give her 5 stars. She always listens to my concerns, has great bedside manner and when I was struggling with something where I couldn't get a diagnosis she ordered every test I requested, which is not to say that she is a pushover but more to say that she empowers you to make your own choices as a patient and if it a reasonable test that is appropriate for whatever she's trying to rule in/out then she will likely at least listen to you regarding all of your concerns, which is more than I can say for a lot of doctors (I've seen a lot of doctors over the years!).

Dr. Thoma is a nice person, but she is a dimwit. I want to find a good internist. Family physicians aren't good for adults.
