I’d leave zero stars if I could
They forgot to change the cloth on the exam table. My exam room was filthy. For my telehealth appointment, the Dr was an hour late and when did join the meeting she was too busy eating watermelon to pay attention to my concerns. When I had to have aa colposcopy she told me I had to relax or she would refuse to complete the exam. This is the mist unprofessional establishment I have ever encountered. Avoid at all cost.

Great Experience - Thank you Dr. Rodgers
Dr. Rodgers is very patient, kind, and an overall great doctor. I had a procedure repeated on yesterday, that I was referred to her. I was not in any pain post op, and feel like I never had the procedure done. Her office staff in Oxon Hill where the procedure took place wereequally kind and helpful. I would give this practice a 10 out of 10. And a 10 to my doctor, Dr. Jenkins who supplies my overall health and referred me to Dr. Rodgers. Both of these professionals are great gyns in the Maryland area. Thank you Dr. Rodgers for everything. Again, I had no pain and doing great!

Dont do it
I felt rushed through my appointment. The first thing she spoke to me about was payment. She did not even introduce herself nor did she ask my name. This was my FIRST appointment and she did not make an effort to establish any rapport or get to know me. She did not explain anything well and she seemed irritated when I asked clarifying questions. My wait time was longer than my appointment itself.

Rude!!!!!
This lady is rude and truly doesn't care how her patients feel. I expressed to her my comfort level with being alone with the anesthesiologist being that he is a male. Lauren told me that he has better things to think about then what he could do to me while left alone with me while sleeping. Her comment was very insensitive and harsh. Furthermore it doesn't matter how she think I should feel, I'm telling you what I want to happen to feel comfortable. Me just asking for a female nurse to be in the room while I get put to sleep by a man I never met before, should not irritate you. She is the worst and will definitely give you attitude if you ask questions or delay her time

She was rude and did not bother establishing any type of relationship with me. The office wait wasn't too bad but waiting for Lauren herself took about 20 minutes. The first words that came out her mouth when she entered the room was "You're not on birth control?" and she proceeded to judge me for my decisions. She probably only spent 5 minutes with me overall. The experience left a bad tastes and I will be searching for a new OBGYN.

I was quite satisfied with my visit with Dr. Lauren Rodgers but the administrative staff fail to properly assist me. Today, October 13, I was put on hold for over 40 minutes until I finally hung up. I just wanted to confirm my prescription but no one ever contacted me about it.

So, I've been trying to reach someone, anyone for that matter at the office since Tuesday (it's now Thursday after 2PM) and no one answers. The on call answering service told me they have received several roll-over calls and do not know why the office has not been answering. If this is any indication of service, I'll pass.

Wow I cannot believe i didn’t read reviews on this place before I went! I started going here when I found out I was Pregnant and they took me in, from the jump my wife and I wasn’t very pleased with the wya things were going in this place. The sonogram did NOT print out any photos at all and by it being my first pregnancy we Atleast wanted photos to show friends and family. We got nothing but a “I’ll see you in 4weeks” no questions about my pregnancy so far. No smiles no nothing!

She hated if you asked questions. She wasn’t helpful at all and was rude. The wait is always long even if you arrive early. She also rushes you out, leaving you little oppurtunity to ask questions. She treats her patients like a paycheck. I do not recommend Dr. Rodgers to anyone. I changed doctors after a few months into my pregnancy. I do not trust a doctor like this to help me deliver my baby or continue with our care.

The staff was amazing however Dr. Rodgers lacks genuine care. I felt rushed and kind of dismissed when it came to my health. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Everything else was great (receptionist, nurses, phlebotomist, waiting area, etc)

I wanted to be a new patient for this doctor, but it's unfortunate that I couldn't get pass the unprofessionalism of the scheduling clerks. I suggest hiring new front desk clerks or retraining for professionalism for the existing ones.

Dr. Rodgers was by far the worst Physician I have seen in all my life. My first major issue was that I have an high risk pregnancy history which required more attention and care than Dr. Rodgers and her associate gave. On 2 separate occasions the associate Dr. Dilworth requested that I come in on a set date; then on said date asked me what was I "doing here". Dr. Rodgers and her staff would not release my medical records to me or my new OB/GYN. This Practice does not care about "their" patients.

Made an appointment for today (04/26/17) several weeks ago. Talked to receptionist on the phone, she verified my insurance. Got to appointment way early. Dr. looks @ computer and asks if I had well woman last year? I answer yes. Then she tells me my insurance won't pay but every two years. I had to schedule Metro Access to get me there, I walk with a cane, and my Metro return trip is 3-4 hrs away. I should have been given that info over the phone weeks ago. No compassion from this office.

after an abnormal pap, I was told to come in to talk.I waited in the lobby for almost an hour, sat in the office another 20 minutes & my time with Dr. Rodgers was very short & vague basically saying I don't "quite yet" have cancer. When I asked what it all meant she huffed & moaned & told me, "well, if you paid the copay I could sit down with you and explain it all, but since you didn't you didn't you can take what I said." She was more worried about $ than anything. No one told me I had to pay!

The doctor was very unprofessional she was on her phone she din't even know what I needed after I had told her staff what was the reason of my visit. she gave me anthers patients prescription. I would not go back to her office and I wouldn't recommend her to another person she seems to be in a rush just to get the insurance money and don't care about her patients.

I had Dr. Rodgers with my first pregnancy in 2008. She wasn't letting me know what was going on with my pregnancy or why my fluid levels always dropor what was going on with my baby. I found out by the hospital that I was going to have to deliver my baby at 29 weeks. I had a fever of 103 and no fluid and she told me to deliver vaginal which would have resulted in me and my child being dead. My mom demanded a cesarean because she knew we wouldn't have survived. She don't inform you of anything.
