Lovely, kind, competent!
Dr. Rascoff is thorough, gentle, responsive. I had a pelvic organ prolapse repair, all of the staff at the UC Urogyn clinic were unfailingly kind and went above and beyond. I am completely satisfied with my surgical results as well as with the whole University Experience. I am a suspicious and cranky healthcare professional so this should count for extra!.

Dismissive
A recent surgery with another provider left me with severe complications so I was referred to Dr. Rascoff. She was completely dismissive of my current medical condition. It was apparent that she did not want to treat me further. She was completely unhelpful, wasted my time and took it upon herself to cancel another appt I had with a colorectal doctor in the same office to address my multiple prolapses stating that my condition didn’t warrant an appt with the other doctor. I have had to seek medical attention elsewhere where it was confirmed that surgery may be needed to improve my quality of life due to rectocele and cystocele prolapses. I am fine not being seen by her again as I do not have any faith in her care as a provider.

I’ve never been so dismissed by a provider. My pain, advancing condition, and complicating factors were not just overlooked but completely ignored. The diagnosis I received was right, but the root cause was not, so Dr. Rascoff’s plan of care would have landed me in a world of hurt and needing several additional surgeries. I was completely gas lit and refused the ability to switch care within the practice. I would NEVER trust Dr. Rascoff to care for me post-op and definitely wouldn’t let her come anywhere near my limp body on an operating table. I ended up having to switch my care to a provider 25miles away, which adds insult to injury because Dr. Rascoff’s office is a 15 minute walk from my house.

I went to this provider for a cystoscopy to help me with a bladder problem I've been having. She literally zipped through the procedure, didn't even take a thorough look and quickly diagnosed me with a mysterious bladder condition that requires expensive, invasive treatments. Then I get the bill - This "hospital" charged me over $5000 to completely dismiss me. Turns out my issue has been endometriosis all along and Dr. Rascoff never once mentioned that as a possibility. I had surgery several months ago to confirm this. I'll NEVER go back. Don't waste your time with Dr. Rascoff.
