Dr Needell is the absolute best! So caring kind and brilliant! I cant say enough about how wonderful she is. I can talk to her about anything and she handles everything in a timely manner. She is a Doctor that i can always depend on

My husband and I both go to Dr. Needell. From start to finish it was a nice experience. Staff was nice, not a long wait time. Dr. was very pleasant. Listened to our concerns &took the time to explain things. Wasn’t rushed at all.

She's gone above and beyond to do the best she can to ensure my really stupidly complex health needs are dealt with. She's clearly knowledgeable and intelligent, she's very good at concisely explaining complex medical concepts in a way that I can understand, and at the same time isn't afraid to say 'I'm not really sure, let me get back to you on that.' When there's a mistake or miscommunication, she does the best she can to help me fix it without getting defensive or blaming the patient. She listens closely to and believes everything I say about my own experience of my own body and never frivolously dismisses symptoms. She doesn't rush me or make appointment times way longer than they have to be by rudely interrupting me when I'm saying something that's actually important. You can really tell that she genuinely cares so much about her patients' health and works so hard for her patients. Having her as my PCP is such a huge source of relief for me, and I'd recommend her to anyone.
