Dr Labryer herself was easy to work with. Unfortunately her nursing staff and the scheduling ladies are very rude. I was always on hold for 20 min to an hour. When they finally answered they were so hateful. I wish she knew how many people they have ran off. My husband had the same problem with the staff.
