Had to see a hematologist today and saw Dr. Juneja. I have worked in healthcare for 20 plus years. This Dr is great! Her staff is Great. So often there is zero “customer service” and Drs. are rushed. Not so in this clinic. Everyone was welcoming and nice. The Dr. is very personable. She took time and explained things thoroughly. She was a happy person and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend her and her clinic at Baton Rouge General. I didn’t feel like a number. Even the lab girls were smiling and upbeat. It’s bad enough having to go to a Dr. but they made it a good experience.

Dr. Juneja is so knowledgeable in the field of Hemotology. She has always been able to answer our questions. Also, we love her as a physician because she has always made my dad feel like he is her only patient, being so personable, and taking more time than most doctors would.
