Dr. Hanley delivered my daughter during a scheduled induction that ended up being vacuum-assisted. She was exceptionally skilled, calm, confident, and collected during the delivery, which became stressful fairly quickly. She acted quickly and efficiently and seemed to be a great supervisor and mentor to the resident doctors in the room. I later saw her for a lactation consult three months postpartum and again was impressed with her skill set, knowledge, and bedside manner. With future pregnancies, I absolutely plan to see Dr. Hanley as my OB.

Superb, kind, thoughtful, and comprehensive in her practice. Dr. Hanley is in no small part why MGH is world renowned. A wonderful person.

Dr. Hanley was my doctor during my pregnancy after my first doctor accepted new patients despite knowing she was going out on maternity leave. I was so happy the switch happened! She listened to every question I had with patience and kindness and provided thoughtful responses. Pregnancy is obviously a stressful nerve wracking time, but she always put me at ease as I could always call her, and she encouraged me to take as much time as I needed during appointments. I highly recommend her!
