I have never had a more knowledgeable, caring and compassionate Psychiatrist than Dr. Flynn. When I was inpatient she spent over an hour each appointment hearing my concerns/needs. Even now as an outpatient she still spends over an hour each phone call listening to me to figure out how to best help me. She is way more than just there for your meds. She saved my life and many others. You will be blessed if you have her for your doctor.

Dr. Flynn is very pompus, self-righteous, and uppity. She is extremely insecure, thus belittles all individuals with whom she crossed path . Moreover she is callous, incapable, and unwilling to receive any feedback that is not positive about something she did. Dr. Flynn is exceeding rude, and never takes accountibity for her actions, rather she rationalizes everything she does. Dr. Flynn is a reactive practioner; she waits until this are dire to enact treatment. Beware of Dr. Flynn.

I never was told she is unavailable for urgent appointments. This is psychiatry, so being referred to the hospital for a med change is ridiculous and useless if you do not need to be institutionalized. I always look at these ratings and take them with a grain of salt. People have a chip on their shoulder, angry at the world, etc. But when a psychiatrist is too busy too see or change medications for a depressed patient, that is a HUGE problem. There is no where to go. It is ABANDONMENT!
