Excellent GI. Great judgement and bedside manor

The Middlesex Endoscopy Center team in Acton was very professional. From the technicians to the nurses and doctors, everyone was sincere and on made me feel that I was the most important patient that day. The nurse anesthetist said I looked like the King of Spain so that was a great start to this procedure!!! Dr Bleich explained everything very clearly and was very nice and sincere. Thanks for the great care. And, thanks for recommending the Sutab prep for me...it really made a difference. If you need a colonoscopy, I highly recommend Dr Bleich and the Endo Center in Acton!

I had an appointment for an issue. Dr. Bleich listened to my history. I’d had issues for ~20 years that had gotten worse towards the last few. Dr. Bleich ordered many tests and ultimately found I had celiac. I am forever grateful to her for listening to everything I was dealing with and finally getting to the bottom of my issues. She also saved me from colon cancer because one of the tests was a colonoscopy. I’ve had an upper endoscopy and two colonoscopies at her office and all went well. The cleansing for the colonoscopies prescribed were so much easier than a previous one. I cannot thank Dr. Bleich for how my internal pain and inflammation is now gone.

Dr. Bleich isn’t in the business of helping people. Four years and I’m still have symptoms that are just getting more acute. Told GI I didn’t want to see a nutritionist, but it was forced on me. Nutritionist added no value. I was already doing the few things that were recommended. Staff asks where I want my scan, takes notes. Fails to send it to the system I requested and changed the scan procedure without talking to me. AND refuses to apologize and take responsibility for her mistake. If you go there, expect to treat the staff with kid gloves or you’ll be in big trouble—the practice won’t bother being courteous. Even office manager yelled at me and hung up on me.

I have had 2 endoscopies and one colonoscopy with Dr.Bleich. Very pleased with her and staff. She explains things and made me feel comfortable right away. Very professional in what she does. Thank you!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bleich and her team.. very professional, and was explained the procedure very well. As most people get nervous and tend to joke, this was me. And the staff laughed, and made me feel at ease. Would recommend 100%.

I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Bleich today at Middlesex Gastroenterology. This procedure(especially the prep) is not something anyone looks forward to but I had a great experience with Dr. Bleich and her staff. She was very personable and smart and explained all parts of the process before we began. After the procedure, she fully explained the results to me and answered all of my questions. Everyone in this outpatient center was wonderful and I would highly recommend them.

Poor review. Dr. Bleich and her assistant have never returned multiple phone calls They scheduled two colonoscopies - one at a hospital and one at her office - at the exact same time I had an appointment with my PCP. This was the first I had heard of wither of them. I had no Rx, no preliminary instructions, including instructions for what to do with anticoags. and what to do if I bled, which I expect to do.. It seems stupid for her assistant to say they just hope that I won't bleed.
