Great doctor and staff

Their phone message system is ridiculous. Too many doctors offices to go through. After receiving a script for a bone density test, the staff never called it in. After several calls, staff said that Cleveland Clinic doesn't take their FAX! I wound up going to my bone density appt. finding it was never faxed! Dr. Ziton seems to be a good physician, however, she needs to have a talk with her staff about how to take care of her patients! Medical Care should include the well being of the patient!

I have been a patient of Doctor Laura Ziton's for 21 years and there is a reason, she is the best! She takes her time and speaks to you like a person, not like a 5 minute machine. She still has great bedside manner, which you don't see anymore but is sorely needed in healthcare period!

I always look forward for my visits with Dr Ziton, because she is very thorough and takes the time out to listen. She is caring, compassionate and overhaul an amazing doctor.

It was the time to switch from a Pediatrician to a Primary care provider and I am thrilled I was recommended a doctor such as Dr Ziton. She is extremely determined to helping her patients and very intelligent. Yes the wait can be long but she only wants the best and will give you all the time you need.

(1) her office staff is awesome (2) when making an appointment you are warn that there is a two hour wait (A) she does not rush you (B) she listen to everything you have to say or ask (C) if there something that need to be discussed she’ll check your mental state So I’ll wait my 2 hours. She’s fabulous, and I love her persona.

She kept me for a total of 4 hours, which could have been done in 2! She has no concept of time, except for herself. When I dared critique her disdain for keeping patients waiting (by letter), she DROPPED ME with no refills of my medication. Not a doctor I would recommend!

Absolutely the Best Doctor of all time, so thankful, blessed to have Dr. ZITON by my side and family. Office was A+, 10÷ years of being a patient and could not ask, wish or think of a better doctor. Dr. Ziton, you are A+, 5 Stars and are the #1 Doctor anyone could wish for. Thank you for all that you do!

On my first visit the staff was through, friendly, and excelled in listening. I would highly recommend this doctor and the office.

Rude front desk worker. Incompetent appointment maker. I called nd left a message to Sandy, the office manager, to discuss what happened. She gave NO RESPONSE. Total lack of compassion with that staff. Found a much better office to go to, since then.

One of the best doctors I’ve ever known. She listens and is very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t want any other doctor taking care of me. Love her!!

I have been trying to make an appointment for weeks. My blood work was never received so they keep saying so I’m trying to get someone on the phone to make an appt or at least get a slip to redo my labs. I hold for 10, 15, and now again 20 min. No one returns to the line. Ridiculous. I just hung up saying that’s it I have no choice but to find a new dr. I like dr ziton just fine. But the holding or busy signals are ridiculous. I feel pain starting in my right leg and I am concerned about it. I can’t even get someone on the phone let alone schedule an appointment. It’s disappointing.

She is an amazing person. She listens to you and explains very well. She doesn't treat you like you should know everything (I'm not a doctor). She's sweet and funny. I love the staff. Hope all of you are doing well during this pandemic. Take care.

Horrible doctor with horrible customer service. You can tell she sets the standards low in customer service because her team is rude and she defends them. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Ziton is a superb doctor! She listens and cares about her patients. Dr. Ziton is one of the best primary care physicians in the area! She has a very great and comforting bedside manner. She is very reliable and I have complete confidence in her medical training. She is very determined to get to the bottom, she puts forth her all to investigate any medical situation. She is well expericed and has a boat load of knowledge. I highly recommend her as your PCP. Her office staff are very helpful.
