Dr Zalcberg knows how to listen very carefully to patients' problems and also takes all the time necessary to explain the conditions and treatment to be followed. She is a very nice person. Thank you always Dr Zalcberg.

Neighborhood MD Aventura location is the worst. There office manager Diana is rude, careless and don’t seek the need of ill patients. This office doesn’t have face to face visits available and demands you to come without advance notice. They don’t assist with referral all they’re interested in is running insurance for things that they’re not doing. They took over my pcp practice after his passing it’s the worst thing ever. I had telehealth appointment with no referral when requested. They gave me face to face appointment twice. After waiting an hour on two different occasions they’ve informed me that I can’t be seen. While in pain!!! Only one staff has common sense there.

She is very rude and does not care about her patients. She did not even look at my wound. Poor exam. Poor manner. Extremely rude.

Professional like no other, she's very knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated, follow up with all my health issues and always alert to everything that need to be done for me to have an easy dealing with my health issues Best Doctor I encountered.

I met Dr. Zalcberg when I was given up for dead in 2007. Through her intervention and referral to specialists I am still here. She takes time with patients and I am amazed at the seemingly insignificant things that she remembers . She has had changes in office staff and I am afraid the current staff do her no justice.

She genuinely cares about her patients and takes her time with them during her appointments. However, her staff is horrendous. No follow up calls, always goes to voice mail, never return phone calls, they don't send records/tests to other doctors in a timely manner, always give patients the run-around and when confronted about it, they give you an attitude. I love Dr. Zalcsberg herself but she should really take a look at her staff as her reputation is the one being damaged by their behavior.

I think she genuinely cares about patients and she is a competent doctor. However her support staff is non existent, she has horrible time management skills and her follow up is horrible. You always have to wait two to three hours to see her. She doesn't return phone calls. Your files are in a stack and not in a computer. I had an EKG and chest x-ray in October and I never got the results.

I thought she was a good doctor. However she suddenly seemingly disappeared off the face of the earth for a month with no notification on her voicemail. This was during a time when I was having tests done at her request. I ended up having to change doctors because I didn't know what happened. My current doctor has tried many times to request my records from Doctor zalcberg and still has not received them after 3 months.
