I can tell you that the last two unfavorable reviews are my experience as well. I have been a patient for awhile because I haven't been motivated to change. But she often attributes my issues to weight, rolls eyes, dismissed my opinions, and the last time told me I wasn't experiencing what I knew was happening. It turned out to be aside effect of one the meds. She often gives me the impression I make things up. Time for a change.

Insensitive and Condescending
I was very uncomfortable dealing with Dr. Williams. I felt unheard and judged by her.

rude
She asked what I was doing to treat myself and so I answered with the topical OTC things I'd tried and she rolled her eyes. It was pretty clear she was judging in a sort of condescending way. Not a great start. And then her two in-training doctors and she all had different reads on the problem and different ideas about what would be effective. Also not awe inspiring, but fine. I told her how things had started and what I suspected and what I'd understood would treat that and she said she didn't buy it but would give it a try "to humor me" (actual words). It worked btw. And then to add to the annoyance I already had with the service her office is run by something less than capable folks, who didn't send anything to my insurance, and then just sent me on to collections without even sending me a bill.
