Good for minor issues
Dr. R was my PCP for several years and I liked her at first. I only have one chronic medical issue which she monitored closely. However, I developed some additional issues which she 'poo-poohed' at and didn't really think were issues; so much so that I had to go to a gyn to get properly diagnosed. It was very difficult to work with her thereafter and especially during covid times. Her demeanor seemed to change (or maybe I only noticed her true colors once I started pushing her on more serious medical issues). She dismissed many of my concerns, acting rude and defensive even when I was nearly in tears. She never read any of the reports from TMH or other doctors who would send info to her (even when she herself had asked for them beforehand!) Very unprofessional, even in her appearance at times. I can only recommend her for very minor issues based on my experiences. Judging from other reviews, I don't think I'm the only one that feels this way.

Worst doctor I have been to.
Very unprofessional, and no care or empathy for patients. I immediately switched doctors and I am glad I made that decision. Please do not go to Dr. Rosner, all of her staff are inconsiderate as well.

If I could leave zero stars that would work better
I was a patient for 15 plus years wasn't able to get my colonoscopy done due to many issues in my life and a letter was received dismissing me as her patient without any explanation. That had to be the reason for her releasing me. But to do that without even a phone call to talk to me was uncalled for her to release me.

Dr. Rosner and her staff have been amazing. I've been going there for about 5 years now and cannot express how grateful I am to have them. Dr. Rosner is very thorough and listens to my concerns.

Very disappointing healthcare experience
This practitioner's staff are very impersonal, always rushing, sometimes rude. I saw the P.A. for years but recently quality of care has plummeted. The back office makes numerous errors on insurance claims and seem unaware of how to fix or unwilling to try and fix. I didn't feel valued as a patient and wasn't treated compassionately. I think they care more about profits than they do about people. It is like assembly line healthcare.

She's a bad doctor. Go to any other doctor, any other. Rosner will sometimes ask you questions, and then make fun of your answers. She does not respond to questions or concerns, the nurses always do all the work. Save yourself the trouble.

I have already written a review for Dr. Rosner. It states that she is an amazing, kind, professional doctor. So caring. Family to me as she has always been there for me. I am back to this portal to add that her staff was so caring the other day. With much appreciation, Mari Marxuach Parrilla

She is either lazy or simply uninterested in helping her patients. I have seen her twice now, and both times she did not diagnose or prescribe any treatment for my complaints. Dr. Rosner keeps asking "Do you have anymore questions?" and slowly stepping towards the door. She does not ask any questions about your issue and answers questions abruptly. I've never seen a more lazy, uncaring physician than Dr. Rosner.
