I found Dr Nieves quick to prescribe drugs when working with the patient on lifestyle changes was a better route.

I never have to wait more than 10 minutes in this office, nursing staff has always been nice and helpful even returning calls same day 90% of the time. I’ve been a patient for 15 years before Dr Nieves was at this location. Dr Molinari retired and was my Gastrio and General. Dr Shabaz is an excellent Gastrio in that office and Dr Nieves is my new General. She is great, answers all my questions, is helpful, documents everything and sees I get the tests I need. I have nothing but good things to say about this office and Doctor.

She got the ball rolling on my open heart surgery. I will be forever grateful to her and her nurse.

Dr. Nieves takes the time needed to find out the health issues, explains the causes and provides possible solutions. She also personally calls with test results. She cares. Wait times are minimal and I’ve never felt rushed during an appointment.Extremely happy with the care I receive from Dr. Nieves.

It is obvious the staff at this office works here for a paycheck. They do not care about people or their patients. They are inconsiderate, unprofessional and lack empathy. I have never encountered a doctors office like this one. The front staff insulted me in too many ways that I will not be coming back. I have never written a negative review about any establishment up until now….

Very empathetic and takes the necessary time. Very pleased to be working with her as my doctor.

Any doctor refusing refills for her patients that are medications needed to survive! Heart medication, cholesterol medication medications the patients have been on for 20+ years! After speaking with another local doctor hearing that several of their patients still seeing Nieves are not getting their refills or calls returned after being with the same doctor for X amount of years! If you ask the front desk they’ll tell you it’s happened a lot since she started as well! SHE IS GOING TO SERIOUSLY HURT SOMEONE !

Doesnt care about patients or provide any follow up care

3 minutes agoNEW I had lab test taken more than a week ago and still don't have my results. Finally got a call from the office manager Melissa and first couldn't just give me lab results over the phone she insist that I go in or habe a phone call visit regardless having to pay my Co pay. So I made the phone call appointment for yesterday April 19th at 3pm and I never received a phone call with my results. I called twice and left message with no a reply. I called again first thing this morning and doctor Laura Nieves medical assistant says I didn't even have an appointment. What? I even have the confirmation text the medical office sent me I told her. Then it was oh, yes I had my appointment with another doctor that I never heard of and all those appointments were rescheduled! I never received a phone call or text to reschedule. I asked to speak to the manager Melissa again and they told me it's going to take 24 to 48 hours for a phone call back ..just to set up another appointment for

I always feel well taken care of, my needs are listened to, and the care is excellent.

Happy to have found Dr Nieves as my PCP is retiring. Convenient offices, efficient office staff, low wait time and, best of all, a doctor who takes the time to listen, knows your medical record and is compassionate and polite.

Her charges are unreasonable. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR BILLS. Absolutely don't recommend this doctor. Very unexperienced.
