She helped me
Recently saw Dr. Muller for a cornea problem and was pleased with her professionalism and the time she spent with me to explain and answer questions about my diagnosis and upcoming treatment. I was referred to her by my retina ophthalmologist and since this was a serious eye issue for me, I was relieved to get an appointment within two days. I needed some guidance a few days later and called her office. Within a few hours a tech returned my call and answered my questions. I give Dr. Muller and her staff high marks.

Went here because my regular eye doctor was out of town and Dr. Muller was recommended on his message. I thought my eye lid was infected and that’s all I went there for. I waited a really long time and was shuffled back and forth having no idea what they were doing. It turns out they gave me an array of different tests I did not need and I saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Got a prescription for my eye lid and was charged hundreds of dollars for tests I did not request or need. My regular doctor does all that. Impossible to get the situation resolved. The office manager was not pleasant. I feel like they really took advantage of an old lady. (This was written for my 97 year old mother.)

There can be unusually long wait times in her Optical Store...especially if you sign in behind anyone ordering new glasses (you have to wait your turn, regardless the reason you're there) But she's a great Doctor, and everyone there is super nice.

Had a eye issue and Dr. Muller was recommended, they booked apt next day and I was greeted by a wonderful staff. Dr. herself was no nonsense and professional and was happy that she prescribed OTC medication and if that did not work to call back and she would then prescribe a medication, was happy with that she wasn't full blown to just prescribe something without giving OTC a try first. I would recommend her practice. Also, I was given a full eye exam.

I Have been a patient since 2009. On May 7, 2019 I had Dr. Laura Mueller perform Blepharoplasty (eye lid) surgery for me due to the fact that I lost my side vision on both eyes. She and her staff explained the procedure fully and all were very helpful with any of my questions. The surgery turned out great. I highly recommend her for any of your ophthalmology concerns. She is a very caring Doctor!

Do not go to Dr. Muller. April, exam blurred vision. June, went back floaters; I suspected detached retina. Dr. Muller said, no problem. Aug. floaters & light flash worse; told probably ruptured vessel. Sept. had black spots, floaters & flashes w/pain. Dr. Muller said NOT detached retina, would clear eventually. After Thanksgiving, large black mass appeared. Called for exam Fri & Mon; no answer, left message, no callback. Called St. Luke's, got in same day, surgery next day; had detached retina

I had an appointment with Dr. Muller and arrived a little before to fill out paperwork as I was instructed, the girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful. When I was finished with my paperwork I was called right back by one of the technicians. There were a lot of tests and images but it all seemed standard and they answered all of my questions. I waited in the waiting room while my eyes dilated before I got called back to another room for the refraction test and to see the doctor. Dr.

Wants you to use her In House diagnosis lab even if your lab work up to date, by another Dr. Stubborn and insistent you repeat unneeded eye test, or will withhold a refill on my needed eye drop to keep my long standing glaucoma under control!! Dr. Muller does not return calls in person when there is a dispute, and you call the office. Office manager Tim, decides policy disputes, but should be handled by her. Very unprofessional Dr. No follow up, uncaring. Just wants to increase revenue, exams!

Dr. Muller is an exceptional physician. She is patient & informative. She takes the time to review medical history, listen to the patient, educate & answer questions. She is never rushed & extremely knowledgeable! I had an experience with diminished eyesight that was quite alarming to me. She calmly explained what was happening & arranged for the surgery. She was available for phone calls after hours when I had an allergic reaction to medication. She literally called back within 4 min.

She is highly knowledgeable, skilled and caring. She is not what I would call a 'warehouse' doctor.....no huge waiting room with tons of patients. A patient will see her personally...and her support staff are helpful and have good attitudes. I came to her with an emergency situation and she immediately took me in as a new patient, correctly diagnosed my issue, gave me emergency laser surgery and then followed up continuously for weeks. I am indebted to her---and would highly recommend her!

Had a cataract removed ......next appt ...i was asked if i could see....nope everything blurry ...pressure high in my eye thru testing right then and there.....immediately sent to retina specialist ......pucker behind my eye ........another operation by retina specialist to remove pucker ......pressure still high ..many visits back checking on pressure ....the cataract was tiny and I'm thinking should have been left alone...I saw better before removal.....IMHO..
