Pay Upfront?
If I could give zero stars, I would. I contacted their office to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was required to provide a credit card for a deposit in order to secure the appointment. (In other situations, a deposit means that there is a 'pending' charge on your credit card, not an instant charge). I told the scheduler that I was searching for a doctor who could schedule an appointment soon, and that if I found one, I would cancel. Well ... I found another doctor, but I realized that this doctor's office has charged my card. I have called their office FOUR times to cancel, and I am still getting robo-calls confirming the appointment. I have no other choice but to contact my bank to get the charge reversed. This is an odd practice -- I've never in my life had to pay in advance for a doctor's appointment.

Thorough and highly professional
Dr. Joze's office staff was efficient, caring, and professional. Dr. Jozewicz was pleasant, asked a few questions related to my referral, and immediately started a thorough review of my health history and medications, delving deeper into some areas of the familial and personal history and also ensuring that she understood the background health issues regarding each medication. Honestly, I've had good experiences with many doctors, but don't think that I've ever had such a thorough health history review by anyone (including med students at teaching hospitals.) I appreciate her "direct and to the point" personality. I liked the fact that she gave me all the time I needed, didn't waste time with extraneous things, and provided full attention to my health.  I was impressed by her intellect and her ability to explain things in lay terms.   I'm happy to be her patient and highly recommend her to others!

Dr. Jozewicz seemed pretty knowledgeable when I first came in. Then she immediately started judging me for my sleep schedule, trying to pressure me into answering questions that I didn’t have answers to. This was a consultation and she was already trying to diagnose me with Narcolepsy and possibly sleep apnea. They don’t have a real blood pressure machine, just a bedside table one. She also forgot to wear her mask half the time she was talking to me!! There were no other patients that came in or out the entire two hours I was there, and now I understand why. During the physical exam, she was using the reflex hammer in really weird places, and at one point took my hand in hers and tapped the back of her OWN hand. I came out of that super anxious, confused, and with her pressuring me to do multiple follow ups. She seems to be only in it for the money and although she seems somewhat knowledgeable, I could never trust her enough to be my Neurologist. Please don’t go here.

I went here to try to save money and it turned out to be a nightmare. This is possibly the most disorganized medical facility I have ever been to. I went for a sleep consult and Dr. Jozewicz ordered a sleep study for me. I was not given any instructions as to whether to take my restless leg medicine or not before the study. I was then told by the receptionist to not take it. I do not think Dr. Jozewicz made this recommendation. The sleep study was only 5 hours and I did not fall asleep because of my restless legs. Dr. Jozewicz misdiagnosed me as NOT having sleep apnea which I was diagnosed with by as real sleep clinic 8 years ago. I was still told to get a CPAP (even though she did not diagnose me with sleep apnea) for which my insurance did not cover. She also called me out of the blue and told me she would no longer write the medication she wrote for me because of a mix up at my pharmacies.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jozewicz for a few years and I like her very much. She keeps me educated about my condition and most importantly, available medications. The staff is also friendly. I have been to other neurologists and I think she is among the best.

Do not waste your time with this practice! Went for three visits in June in 2016 all three times I was told by the office my insurance was accepted. They ran my insurance card and they took my co pay. After three visits all I got was a prescription and no answers. 4 months after seeing them three times I get a bill in the mail for my visits. 13 phone calls and 7 messages later I have heard nothing for them. We are now approaching 2017. Horrible business practice. So disappointed!!!!

My visit to Dr. Jozewicz was wonderful. She took the time to really listen to me and didn't rush me during my appointment. After determining a diagnosis she took the time to really educate me on my condition.

Giving the office 1 Star in order to write a review. Worst customer service ever! As a HCP, I recommend a BEGINNER's CUSTOMER SERVICE class and RECORD ALL CALLS FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE PURPOSES. Why do the phone messages, office website and office staff all provide different hours of operation for Fridays? They had my referral less than a week, then threw it away?! I didn't bother telling the receptionist I had been out of town attending my father's funeral. NO PATIENTS=NO BUSINESS.
