Dr. Laura Hallak, MD

I'm trying to help an elderly friend recovering from covid and having asthma and partial lung collapse she was referred for an X-ray Monday and now told Dr Hallack is not back in for a week so to wait for the X-ray results....meanwhile she has an oxygen tank by her bed and a nebulizer on hand but we need to know the results...and no one calls back.

She has been my Dr. for over 3 years and the best on the harbor I believe.

There is no visit no appointments available for months out. Yet they threaten not to refill your blood pressure medication until the doctor sees you. I was referred to urgent care.

Unfortunately we did not get to see Dr Hallick for the appointment that was scheduled three months ago (not the first time) She was out of the office and her staff had apparently tried to call my mother several times but the "work from two different computer systems" and had the incorrect number in one. Very indifferent to the fact that her appointment time was the only time that would work for them, suggested I take another day off from work to bring her in. Have to repeatedly fill out same paperwork every time we go in. Dr Hallick is very nice however that's not why we go. We need a doctor who is there for my mother consistently. She takes medication on a regular basis and the nurses comment was if we couldn't make the next appointment they had she would not get her meds!!! Defiantly looking for a new Doctor with a much better office staff. I have never seen a more inept office staff in my life.

Dr Laura Hallak has been my doctor less than a year but I am so glad I switched over to her for my general practitioner. She takes time to listen and is thorough when investigating possible causes for health issues.

Best primary care provider in Grays Harbor. I highly recommend Dr.Laura Hallak. She takes great care of my family.

Dr. Laura Hallak is genuine, warm, and personable. She takes time to listen to all your symptoms and concerns, and practices quality, safe medicine. I have seen her for about 8 years, and cannot say enough good things about her.

Dr. Hallak is a very competent and compassionate doctor. She answers your questions quickly without having to look-up the answers and in a way in which I understand.

Can I give negative stars. Called in to Laura when she was on call. She wouldn't shut up and listen. My doctor Dana Brannan left specific instructions to have medications ready. Laura wouldn't stop talking to listen to what I was trying to tell her.
