I have definitely had worst primary care Dr's. However, it took 13yrs to get a referral to gastrointestinal care for daily severe stomach pain and swallowing issues. I would have seeked another Dr but past experience had me settling for her seemingly warm care, as she presented as the nicest Dr I've met. I was told time after time to 'follow up in 6 months'. Was told numerous times 'sounds like _____' but there was never any follow up.

Thank god shes retired
'My wife had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr. Fry. She was the most narcissistic doctor I've ever encountered, completely ignoring her own limitations and the orders of other doctors. Despite my wife's requests, she refused to refer her to a specialist, insisting on performing procedures herself. To top it off, she falsely documented Alopecia Areata in my wife's records, a condition she never had. Her lack of attention to detail was a nightmare. I'm relieved she has retired, and I urge others to be cautious if they encounter her name in their healthcare journey.'

No mental health services! This office absolutely is not progressive or knowledgeable with mental health. Especially on a Friday! No referral resources in the community for true mental health services; Dr.Frye's office will only tell patients to go to the Emergency Department for mental health crisis. This ties up services at the hospital and puts unnecessary strain on the person already dealing with an issue! Also another important thing to consider if thinking of this doctor; There is no follow up or follow thru after a crisis or Emergency visit to a hospital. Even if this office is the one whom suggested the visit to said hospital. Medication will not be checked or modified thru-out its use. It doesn't matter if a person cannot function properly as an adult, cannot stand without pain, cannot contain rage, or form proper sentences. The same medications will be prescribed and no counseling will be required or referred.

A concerned friend of DrFryes patient – Oct 04, 2021

Dr. Fry is not only my doctor, but both of my daughters see her as well. She is a very kind and wonderful person and easy to talk to. The only complaint I have is that it can be difficult to get appointments with her and often she is very busy and has to rush things more than I'd like. I trust her far more than most doctors I have seen over the years, and she clearly cares about her patients and tries to be as thorough and attentive to their needs as she can while having so many patients a day.

I am a clinical case manager, and I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Fry when I accompanied one of my clients to their appointment. Dr. Fry exhibited a level of compassion, non-judgment, and attention that I rarely see in medical providers, and I see many in my line of work. She is a shining example of what a doctor can, and should, be.

Dr. Fry is good. She listens and pays attention to details. She's definitely on the older side, which personally makes me more comfortable with her, but if you're looking for someone to be your doctor for the next twenty years she might not be the one. I'm picky about doctors, and I think she does a great job. HOWEVER the staff is pretty difficult to work with unless you speak Spanish. I have a hard time understanding them over the phone due to combination of Spanish accents/speedtalking, and they don't really take the time to clarify very clearly when you need to know where/when to get labwork done, or anything that should be explained to patients over the phone. Also, I have felt like, perhaps because it's a "community" health center, they talk down to patients. E.g., I got reprimanded for being one minute late to an appointment by a male receptionist. Seriously? If Dr. Fry wasn't such a good doctor, I'd have left the practice over the office staff being less than stellar.

Dr. Frye was my PCP through my early to mid thirties and was easily the best doctor I have ever had in my life. Inquisitive and attentive at a level I had not seen before.
