Dr. Dominguez and Jennlyee, Speech Therapist at Cleveland Clinic in Coral Springs were very knowledgeable, kind and caring! 0 Stars for Cleveland Clinic awful staff! 10 Stars for Dr. Dominquez! She correctly diagnosed me with having vocal cord paresis. My ENT told me I had a paralyzed vocal cord. Dr. Dominquez did an in office vocal cord injection which was painful but worth it! I had an adverse reaction to the material used for the injection and had swelling for a long time after the procedure however thanks to Dr. Dominguez, my voice has been restored and people can now hear me speak. For 2 months I could not talk and could not work as I am a Group Fitness Instructor. I am extremely grateful and appreciative for job Dr. Dominguez restoring my voice and giving me my life back! Thank you so much!

Not a good rapport with Dr.
Needs to have more training. So far, Dr. Dominguez has been the worst physician I have seen at Cleveland Clinic.

Not a specialist and a questionable doctor
She put a scope up my nose, looked and said go see someone else. She did not explain anything and when I asked I felt her annoyance. I felt she was anxious to get me out so she could work on the next victim. I don't think she even spent 5 minutes with me. Additionally I was very much overcharged for the health care (it wasn't even health care). And then, to go see the someone else she told me to see, I could not get in to see for 4 months! This is exactly the problem with the USA health care system.

The good, she and the office was very efficient, since I completed Pre-Checkin online. The not so good, not very sensitive and not very warm. As a first time patient to a “nose specialist”, this was my experience. If you want a quick, impersonal visit and are ready to abruptly have a long camera stuck down your nasal cavity without even a flinch or apprehension, she would be a good choice. I recommend a bit of explanation of the process to the patient and an acknowledgment of the potential discomfort to the patient.

Dr. Dominguez and her trainee Dr. Holdgraf in San Antonio, TX were attentive and thorough. They were able to correctly diagnose a condition that other healthcare providers had missed. Thanks to them my condition was correctly diagnosed and as a result properly treated. The surgery was performed successfully without complication or adverse effect and I recovered well. Now my voice is more consistent and predictable. Now my voice is far more audible and I can speak more loudly. I am immensely appreciative and enormously grateful for the job that Dr. Dominguez has done. Thank you!
