Hardly any time spent
I felt like I was on a McDonald's take-out line it went so fast. I had emailed her of my concerns ahead of time and she replied we'd talk about it at the appointment. Never did.

Great ENT
Dr. Cozzi listened, asked questions, showed concern for my concerns. I was mostly impressed with as she was leaving the exam room, I coughed (which I had not listed as a concern) and she immediately came back in and did a further exam. Unfortunately, not too many doctors would have done that. Thank you Dr. Cozzi

Pleasant 1st-time visit
I had an earache with loss of hearing in one ear. After previous urgent care treatment with an antibiotic that did not relieve the loss of hearing, I decided to make an appointment with specialist Dr. Cozzi. This was my first visit with this doctor. I was impressed with both the facility and the doctor's office in Elmhurst, IL. The service was efficient and friendly by all personnel. Dr. Cozzi and the office nurse were kind and assuring. I felt that I was in good hands; and I am hopeful that my problem will be resolved. It is too early to tell what the end results will be, but I feel that I was put on the right path to discovery of the problem and eventual recovery.

Dr Cozzi is a kind compassionate M.D. who's caring friendly attitude puts patient's at ease, she is thorough and addresses all concerns in a non hurried manner, she's very proficient in all aspects and the Clinc staff s friendliness and professionalism is amazing.

Absolutely she is the best!
Went in to see her for earwax removal. Dr. Cozzi always does a great job is very professional and polite. We always make conversation and I look forward to my appointment because she is so personable.
