Dr. Laura Conley, MD

During the COVID lockdown, my yearly physical was pushed back from April to June 2020. Three months of no work...and no hugs. Dr. Conley saw my need and gave me a caring and medically needed 30 second hug. Both fully masked, faces away from each other. COVID negative. Dr. Conley, on all of my visits listens, cares, deals with my questions professionally, knowledgeably, without rushing me out the door. She is the doctor who finally address by occasional heart racing & sent me to a heart specialist. Discovered I had AVNRT. Resulting in an ablation procedure on my heart four years ago. Great doctor.

Dr Laura Conley is a terrific physician. But more importantly, she is a genuine, caring and kind human being. My family doctor of over twenty years retired recently and I had to find a new doctor for my year round physical. I dreaded having to find a new doctor but I did my homework and waited to see Dr Conley and she was worth the wait. She spent quality time with me, never rushed me and was brilliant. I'm so grateful she's my doctor now. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Laura E. Conley.

The best Dr I have ever had. Very knowledgeable, caring, thoughtful - really listens and spends the time to evaluate what will be best for the patient. Cannot recommend enough!

Dr. Conley is the best!!! She takes her time with me. I never feel rushed. She listens to all I have to say. I feel like she really cares about what I am telling her. Shortly after my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, I found my own lump. She got me in to see her right away and ordered every test necessary to assure I was well checked out and okay. I would recommend her to everyone!!!

Dr Conley is a fantastic doctor. She takes the time to listen to your medical concerns, which is rare these days.

I've been going to Dr Conley for several years now after bouncing around to different doctors trying to find a good fit. Coming from a multi-generational "doctors family", I had been spoiled by the level of medical care I'd received, and in turn greatly dissapointed by the reality of what's available now. I considered it a godsend to find Dr Conley! Dr Conley possesses what a lot of doctors lack today: compassion, skill, patience, humor and time. She listens. What can be overlooked by a busy and arrogant doctor, can often be diognosed and treated by a compassionate and thorough one. Dr Conley's bedside manner instills a comfort and then communication is easy, which is key in a doctor/patient relationship. Medical issue handled, check. Prescription refills, check. Referrals, check. All done with a smile. Couldn't ask for more.

I originally was very happy with Dr Conely. She was an easy person to talk with and helpful. Recently, we had a video visit and unfortunately she was in her car running late to the office. She promised when she arrived at the office that what we discussed she would place a referral to another doctor. Unfortunately, she never did. When I brought it up with her, she tried to say I was not correct and there was no record of the visit. Unfortunately, this was her fault but she doubled down to make it seem like it was me. It is extremely disappointing,

At first glance she seems like a sweet Mom with the best intentions. But in reality she simply doesn't make the time for her patients who really need them. When I needed something as simple as a note to return to work after I recovered from covid, it took her staff an entire week of not being able to get it to me when it should have been just emailed to me. I'm not entirely sure who's more incompetent and careless? Her team, or the doctor herself? She screwed up my prescriptions multiple times and I would have to literally book another appointment with her just to correct the situation. Her team stopped respondingI literally went to her office myself and waited so I could receive the proper paperwork and their team made me wait in their parking lot for an hour and a half before she said she was too busy today. She clearly runs up patients copays and enjoys it, or she's just that careless. Do NOT ever go to this Doctor. UCLA has plenty more doctors that will actually make time for you.

Dr. Conley is the BEST!! She is patient ans takes her time with you, you never feel rushed... she is thorough and so caring & empathetic. I have been her patient now for about 6 years. I brought my husband and kids to her, my work colleagues and many friends. She always listens & gives such honest advise. Best doctor in the world, in my opinion.

At a time where is hectic and schedules are always maxed out, Dr. Laura Conley has been there for me 1000% of the way. She has gone out of her way to fit me in when her schedule was full. She is caring, compassionate and really, really listens. I've been through a few Dr.'s at this office prior to finder her and I will NOT be looking any further. I dislike Dr.'s in general but she is a gem!
